Refund Policy Overview

As a provider of virtual services, all products and services offered by VTuber Maker and its business units are non-tangible and irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds once an order has been completed and delivered. We strongly encourage you to review our terms and conditions carefully before making any payment.

Acceptance of Refund Policy

To avoid refund-related situations, we highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the functionality and features of our products before placing an order.

By purchasing our products, you confirm that you have thoroughly read and fully accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please contact us to share your comments, suggestions, or corrections. We value your feedback. For any requests or general inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

In rare cases, we accept refund requests for the following reasons ONLY:

1. System Errors: Refunds will be issued if errors occur due to a bug in our system.
2. First Payment Refunds: Users are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of their first payment.

Note:

• "First payment" refers to the initial purchase made under an identified account. This does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
• Refund requests must include thorough and supported reasons.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction or lack of usage.
• Refunds are not supported for subscriptions purchased via STEAM. Please refer to STEAM's refund policy in such cases.

Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. It will automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge them for each renewal period until cancellation.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. To cancel, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Profile → My Plan → Cancel Subscription, or
2. Contact our online customer service.

Your cancellation will be effective on the last day of your paid period. You can continue to use the subscription until the cancellation becomes effective. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
